Can’t stress enough how good the service I have received from Ample Air.... read more After calling to 3 – 4 Companies for the quote. I decided to call one more company and that’s called Ample Air spoke to Daniel Prince he was Professional and friendly. He provides me with a quote within 2 hours. He gave me the best price and top of the range Ducted Air conditioning system “Actron Air ESP Platinum QUE” with Touch screen Master Controller and Zone Sensors. I have accepted the quote and placed the order with Daniel Prince, and he booked a technician out to do pre-inspection of the property before the final installation date. Within a week Daniel Ovington “Very Nice and Humble person” (General Manager) from Ample Air came to my property to do the inspection. Daniel had to wait 5 – 10 Minutes for me as I was running late from work “Thanks for that Daniel”. He fully inspects the property and even went inside the roof to check the roof spacing were to put an indoor unit. I have another technician who came to my property, but they did not go inside the roof and inspect the property within 5 minutes and leave. Where Daniel took his time and take all the notes and look after my requirements. Got the follow-up call from Daniel Prince and ask for a 10% deposit and advise me the installation date. After Christmas and New year break the finally the day has come to install my new Ducted Air conditioning system “Actron Air ESP Platinum QUE”. At 7:30 am 4 x Ample Air Technician came and start their work. Michael (Very knowledgeable person) reallocate one of my split systems from Living room to Sunroom and remove the split system from the Master bedroom. He did the job within 3 – 4 hours and leave the place in a clean and professional manner. Mark, Angus and Jade (Sorry if I pronounce wrong) they start working on the ducted system. They ware professional and friendly. Mark make sure all the outlets, Main Controller and Sensor are in the place where I wanted. After they completed the work, they had a minor issue, the Main controller touch screen wasn’t responding. So, Mark had on spare on in his car but the only thing was that it’s not the same colour I wanted. Mark put the controller for now and promised me he will come in next day to replace the controller what I have ordered it. Once the system was configured and showed me how it works and what features does it have. As Promised Mark, Angus and Jade came in and replace the controller I want and reconfigure the system again and make sure it’s working. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to install the Ducted or Split System. I will be recommended to my Friends and Family. 100/100 without hesitation. Thank You Ample Air! Great Professional service.

Daniel from Ample... read more Air was very happy to work through those ideas and put together a package which met my needs. I also had a very specific window in which I wanted the install to be completed, and Ample Air worked to accommodate that (in fact I understand that they worked until 7pm to accommodate that). I would definitely recommend Ample Air, especially if you're looking to do a MyAir install!
